Services Authority
The Livestock Road Regional Landfill serves the City of Lynchburg and Campbell County residents and businesses, as well as participating localities that transfer solid waste to the regional landfill (the City of Bedford, Appomattox County, and Nelson County).
The residents of Lynchburg should use the Concord Turnpike (Landfill) Convenience Center and the residents of Campbell County should use the Livestock Road Convenience Center.
